Our salon is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what they do, and it is reflected in the loyalty of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

Your privacy will always be respected. You will be fully draped or covered during all treatments. You may wish to bring your bathing suit for body treatments or use disposable undergarments provided by the spa.

We highly recommend making reservations in advance, however, feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation for any package.

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your first service appointment to allow yourself time to check in and begin relaxing.

Late Arrival
Your service will finish at the scheduled time while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduling a “service” is the core of our business. Because time is reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel an appointment. If you plan on enjoying one of our spa packages, a 48-hour cancellation notice is necessary or we reserve the right to charge the full service amount to your credit card.

Refund Policy
Gift cards are non-refundable and may be used for services or products of your choice.

Cell Phone Usage
For enjoyment and relaxation for all of our clients, we ask that you turn your cell phones off or on Vibrate.

Children Visiting Our Salon
For safety, enjoyment and relaxation for all of our clients, we ask that children under the age of 12 are brought to the salon only when receiving services and accompanied by an adult at all times.
